High Precision Tube Manufacturing

Through Vector Corporation, an in-house subsidiary, Air Comm employs state-of-the-art tube fabrication technology for all air conditioner and heater plumbing systems. A CNC hydraulic tube bender ensures precise bend angles and eliminates tube wall deformities that constrict flow and degrade system performance.

Vector Corporation also employs an infrared measuring table linked to the CNC bender to ensure proper tube length and bend accuracy. This maximizes repeatability and lowers manufacturing costs. Vector also purchases manufacturer-direct Mil-Spec hardware at substantial savings which are passed on to Air Comm, and ultimately to ACC customers.

Hardware Supply Service

Vector also offers highly competitive hardware supply service to a wide range of aviation and aerospace customers. We purchase manufacturer-direct Mil-Spec hardware at substantial savings which are passed on to ACC and Vector customers.
