Project Engineer
(Job Code: A)

Project Engineer (Job Code A) – This salaried position will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Responsibilities will include the management of the development, design, testing and STC approval of aircraft environmental control systems. Minimal international and domestic travel required. Candidate should possess the following education and relevant work experience:

  • BSME, BSEE or BSAE degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience project management required.
  • Minimum 5 years aircraft or aircraft systems design experience required.
  • FAA DER authority desired.
  • Experience in FAA certification programs desired
  • Minimum of three years experience with 3D design software of both AutoCad and SolidWorks required.
  • Salary based on qualifications and experience

The position job requirements include the ability to apply engineering standards, techniques and procedures in the design of climate control systems in weight and performance-critical environments. Candidate will interface with OEM personnel and should be comfortable in a highly dynamic environment.

Designer/Drafter
(Job Code: B)

Designer/Drafter (Job Code: B) – Candidate will be responsible for executing engineering change orders from Production, Customer Service, and Quality Control to the Engineering department. Execute changes in compliance with Engineering standards and existing processes. The position will report to the Project Engineer. Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Implement design changes to existing product lines to optimize performance, manufacturability, and cost.
  • Assist in engineering document control
  • Provide Engineering support for manufacturing activities.

Due to the strict time frames within the aviation industry, candidate must be able to handle several priority items as well as meet simultaneous deadlines. The ideal candidate would have:

  • Minimum three years of both AutoCAD and Solid Works experience. Solid Works experience to include Solid Works PDM.
  • Minimum three years experience in a manufacturing environment preferably aviation related.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with tolerances and engineering standards
  • Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels.

Aviation Customer Service Technician
(Job Code: D)

Aviation Customer Service (Job Code D) – This position will report to the Customer Service Manager. Primary responsibilities will be expediting spare parts orders, resolving customer technical issues, troubleshooting, and inspection of returned parts to determine warranty claim status, engineering support, and field reports. Domestic and international travel may be required to provide on-site customer installation and service. Candidate should possess the following education and relevant work experience:

  • A&P certification desired
  • Troubleshooting capabilities using mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Helicopter sheet metal and mechanical installation experience required
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment desired
  • Experience with Word, Outlook, and database systems required

This position is highly visible and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and ability to interact with customers at various levels is critical.

Production
(Job Code: I)

Production (Job Code: I) – These hourly positions work under a team of Production Leads. The primary responsibility of workforce in the production area is to ensure the timely completion of assemblies and kit components for shipment to customers. Each employee is expected to complete each component within an expected timeframe and without deficiency.

Duties include:

  • Production and assembly including: riveting, plastics, forming, soldering, electronics, and sheet metal.
  • Coordination of spare parts orders for daily shipping.
  • Kit packing of aircraft hardware
  • Shipping and Receiving

The candidate for this position should possess:

  • Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be articulate and communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Valid Colorado Drivers License
  • A&P Mechanic, aircraft, or military experience desired
