Project Engineer (Job Code: A)
This salaried position will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Responsibilities will include the management of the development, design, testing and STC approval of aircraft environmental control systems. Minimal international and domestic travel required. Candidate should possess the following education and relevant work experience:
- BSME, BSEE or BSAE degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience project management required.
- Minimum 5 years aircraft or aircraft systems design experience required.
- FAA DER authority desired.
- Experience in FAA certification programs desired.
- Minimum of three years experience with 3D design software of both AutoCad and SolidWorks required.
- Salary based on qualifications and experience.
Candidate must possess the ability to apply engineering standards, techniques and procedures in the design of climate control systems in weight and performance-critical environments. Candidate will interface with OEM personnel and should be comfortable in a highly dynamic environment.
